Cancellation Policy

• In the event that we are unable to replace your cancelled booking, a cancellation fee amounting to a 20% rate will be applied for each room night cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival. Within 14 days, 50% will apply and within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival or when a guest fails to arrive, a fee of 100% will apply
